Following the successful publication of several articles within Public and Private Sector titles and access to trade and professional institutions by the IP UserGroup under its guise as an independent security technology forum, the group has established direct links with end-user customers within the Retail, Health, Education and Local and National Government sectors.
Interest in the new generation of security and surveillance technology is growing as awareness improves and those with buying power are looking to the IP UserGroup to take the lead and become the oracle for networked security knowledge a mantle that the group has taken on from day one.
A hunger for knowledge and a need to improve understanding of the practical and commercial aspects of IP in surveillance and access control is also driving visitors to IIPSEC Januarys IP in security technology event.
The IP UserGroup commented As at our regional meetings, the new IP-in-Action master classes at IIPSEC will address the key practical issues head-on and the real life case studies presented will provide potential users of the technology with a road map to its adoption.
