IIPSEC International IP in Security Exhibition and Conference
IIPSEC is a three day technology exhibition. The word IIPSEC standing for the International Internet Protocol in Security Exhibition and Conference. Internet Protocol (or IP as its known) is the term that describes the technology which allows the connection of any peripheral product over an Ethernet or TCP/IP Network. This emerging format allows a diverse and complicated mix of disciplines allows sub-industries to share infrastructure costs and provide solutions which would not have been possible only a few years ago.
IIPSEC 2004 will attract the converging technology of TCP/IP. Like the internet at home, IP will allow businesses to connect together sharing information, reducing costs and improving services. Voice over IP (VoIP) is revolutionising businesses and Video and Data-services will soon follow. The IP User Group - Security Technology Forum
The IP User Group is a community of individuals who are interested in the development and adoption of IP (Internet Protocol) based products and services for use within the Security and Intellegent Building Markets.
The group is made up of both members and affiliate members from a diverse and complex mix of disciplines and industry sectors including, Security, IT & Communications, Building Management and Internet Markets.
International IP Convergence Conference
New at IIPSEC 2004 is the International IP Convergence Conference. This unique one day event will run side by side with IIPSEC 2004 Event and take place on Friday 30th January 2004. Attracting speakers from around the globe the conference will set out to discuss important topics surrounding the implementation and operation of emerging technologies and formats.
IPfocus
IPfocus is a full colour publication distributed to a closed circulation of the IP User Group Members and Affiliates, individual subscribers and those attending the IIPSEC event (show guide issue only).
IPfocus contains a balance of technical and educational information, market and product news, consumer and user features, case studies and display and classified advertising.
Intended to complement the IP User Group Bulletin Boards and News Groups it will be distributed quarterly in association with its monthly electronic counterpart.
